# Settings Page

The Settings section of BCMS gives you full control over your workspace configuration. From managing languages to inviting team members and controlling billing, everything starts here.

## Languages

BCMS supports fully multilingual content. To use multiple languages:

1. Go to Settings → Languages.

2. Click Add Language.

3. Select one or more languages from the list.

Once added:

- A language dropdown will appear in every entry editor.

- Fetched API data will include content for all selected languages.

- You’ll see language tabs across the BCMS UI for properties, groups, widgets, etc.

Note: English (en) is the default and cannot be removed.Other languages can be deleted, but this also deletes their associated content.

## Team Management

Invite and manage collaborators with different permission levels.

### Inviting a Team Member

1. Go to Settings → Members.

2. Enter their name and email.

3. Click Invite Member.

Only Admins can manage users and permissions.

## API Keys

You can create multiple API keys for accessing your content via the BCMS API. Read more about [API keys here](https://www.thebcms.com/docs/inside-bcms/api-keys.md).

## Subscription & Billing

Manage your plan and billing info under Settings → Subscription.

- Upgrade/downgrade your plan

- View invoices

- Cancel subscription

If you're on the Free Plan, you’ll see usage limits and upgrade options.

## Account Settings

You can update your avatar, name and switch between dark/light mode:

1. Clicking your Account settings in the sidebar.

2. Updating your info and clicking Save.

Deleting your account also lives here.
